What exactly is fuel?+

Fuel is the credit your Driver spends on AI. Every time it scouts the map, drafts DexScript, runs a backtest, or talks you through a call, it burns fuel in proportion to the AI tokens that work consumed.

How is the per-token price set?+

The rate shown on each model is the final, all-in price per token. Fuel is spent at exactly that rate as your Driver works, with nothing added at checkout.

Do I pay for fuel on devnet?+

Paper trips on devnet are free, but the Driver still thinks, so it still burns fuel. Every new account starts with a free tank so you can take Driver for a spin first.

What happens to unused fuel?+

It rolls over to the next month, so a quiet stretch on the road is never wasted. Your plan simply tops the tank back up at the start of each month.

Can I switch models to go further on a tank?+

Yes. Pick any model in Driver settings. A lighter model like Gemini 3 Flash or Claude Haiku stretches a tank much further than a frontier model for routine miles.
